To find the root folder on a USB, connect it to your computer. Open a file explorer, such as Windows Explorer or Mac Finder. Look for the USB drive’s entry in the left pane, right-click on it, and select “Properties.” The root folder will be listed as “Root Directory” or “Root.” Double-click on it to access the files and folders within the USB drive’s root folder.
